Teens Social Skills and good manners Programme (14-18)

 

The Academy follows a 40 lesson curriculum delivered through themed modules. Students may enroll module by module or continue through the full programme to achieve certification.

Ages 14–18: Leadership, Presence & Future Success

Duration: 40 Lesson

Frequency: 1 Session per Week

Session Length: 90 Minutes

 Module 1: Self-Awareness & Personal Growth

The Authentic Me

Weeks 1–5

Focus:
 
Building self-awareness, confidence, and personal values.

  • Personal values and character
  • Emotional intelligence foundations

Students develop greater self-awareness and confidence.

 

Module 2: Personal Image & Presence

The Polished Me

Weeks 6–10

Developing confidence through appearance and self-presentation.

  • Dress codes and appropriateness
  • Personal style and confidence
  • Social presence + Digital image awareness

Outcome:
  Students understand how presentation influences perception.

The Effective Communicator

Weeks 11–15

Developing strong verbal and non-verbal communication.

  • Communication styles
  • Active listening
  • Conversation skills
  • Body language
  • Speaking with confidence + Handling difficult conversations

Outcome:
 
Students communicate with clarity and confidence.

 

 Module 4: Public Speaking & Influence

The Confident Speaker

Weeks 16–20

Focus:
  Speaking confidently in academic and social settings.

  • Public speaking techniques
  • Presentation skills
  • Storytelling
  • Managing nerves
  • Voice projection + Persuasive communication

Outcome:
  Students gain confidence speaking in front of others.

 

 Module 5: Etiquette & Social Intelligence

The Modern Ambassador

Weeks 21–25

  Mastering modern etiquette and social confidence.

  • Social etiquette
  • Dining etiquette + Networking introductions
  • Cultural awareness
  • Respectful behavior
  • Hosting and guest etiquette

Students navigate social situations with confidence and professionalism.

 

 Module 6: Professional Presence & Personal Branding

The Emerging Professional

Weeks 26–30

  Preparing for future academic and professional opportunities.

  • LinkedIn fundamentals
  • Digital reputation + Professional behaviour

Module 7: Leadership & Team Dynamics

The Inspiring Leader

  Preparing students for university, careers, and adult life.

  • Executive presence + Personal action plan

Students leave with practical tools for future success and a clear personal development roadmap.

 

Final Excellence Experience (students must complete at least 5 Modules to get the Diploma)

Students participate in an EPA Future Leaders Experience featuring:
