Our Story: Cultivating Courtesy in a Modern World

Around the world , etiquette has long been part of prparing future leaders. Etiquette & Protocol Academy brings to this tradition to Malta with a modern approach designed for today's world .

Our Inspiration: Bridging the Etiquette Gap

Inspired by internationally recognised etiquette and protocol training in the USA and the UK, our founder established the Academy to reintroduce these essential life skills through engaging, practical education for children, teenagers, and adults.

While these academies have long been valued in countries such as the USA and the UK, they remain a relatively new concept across much of Europe; although 'etiquette' has it's roots in European history.

The concept of etiquette dates back to ancient civilizations, where customs and codes of conduct promoted respect, order, and social harmony. The term etiquette itself originated in the French royal court during the 17th century, referring to written instructions that guided proper behaviour at court.

Over time, etiquette evolved beyond the aristocracy to become a universal set of principles based on courtesy, respect, consideration, and professionalism.

Today, EPA Academy combines internationally recognised etiquette principles with practical, modern education, empowering students to build confidence, communicate with purpose, and make a lasting positive impression in every area of life.

Our Students: Nurturing Respect for Stronger Connections

At The Etiquette & Protocol Academy, we believe every student has the potential to develop the confidence, character, and social skills needed to thrive in today's world. Whether they are children taking their first steps in social etiquette, teenagers preparing for future opportunities, or adults seeking personal and professional growth, our goal is to help every individual become the very best version of themselves.

Choosing to study at The Etiquette & Protocol Academy is more than enrolling in a course—it is an investment in lifelong success. Our students gain the confidence to communicate with poise, the character to lead with integrity, and the social skills to thrive in school, business, and everyday life.      They become part of a new generation that understands that true success is built not only on knowledge, but on respect, confidence, and meaningful human connection.

Why Etiquette Matters:

Because true elegance is not only about appearance—it is about character in action.

Etiquette is the language of respect. It reflects how we value ourselves and the people around us.

While academic knowledge opens doors, character, confidence, and good manners determine how far we go once those doors are open. The ability to communicate with kindness, listen with empathy, show gratitude, and behave with professionalism leaves a lasting impression in every area of life.
